My Bio

Kat Larsen is a double gold USFS medalist and professional show skater. She is extremely passionate about skating and it brings her great joy to share her love for the ice through teaching. Throughout the years, Kat has skated all around the U.S. and acquired an extensive amount of knowledge and experience working with many world-renowned coaches.

Here are some of her skating and life accomplishments:

• U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist Moves in the Field & Solo Free Dance
• USFS Junior Freestyle
• U.S. Figure Skating Intermediate collegiate champion
• Professional show skater
• Professional aerial silks on ice performer 
• Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and sport performance.
• 10 years of Dance – ballet, modern/contemporary 
• NASM personal trainer certified
